Pieter, who was born and raised in the Quad Cities, has been a real estate agent for 15 years and is also the proprietor of Mulligan's Valley Pub (a small Irish Bar & Grill in Coal Valley) and Coal Creek Inn, both located in Coal Valley, IL.
Pieter has earned several accolades in the real estate industry, most notably the Iowa Association of REALTORS® Individual Achievement Award in recognition of his distinguished achievements in the field.
Pieter and his assistant, Kara Swanson, work together to ensure that your real estate objectives are fulfilled. The duo teamed up in 2020 and Kara lives in Silvis with her husband Brian and son Barron.
